About us

Friedrich A.P. Einberger, a German who lives in Bahia since 1999, had the idea to create an innovative project on the paradise island, Morro de Sao Paulo in 2005.
He bought large spaces at the 4th beach to fulfill the dreams of their customers, who would like to have a residence on the beach, respectively in this beautiful tropical island.
Before moving to Brazil, he had an experience of 25 years in construction as the owner of the renowned company ISARA Hochbau GMBH & CO. KG in Munich - Germany.
